Shipping policy

We ship via Australia Post, and the shipping rate you select determines how quickly Australia Post delivers your order—not how soon we dispatch it. Our local post office is closed on weekends and public holidays, NSW and Nationally. We dispatch orders once or twice per week. However we do aim to get items to you ASAP. 

Once your item has been lodged with Australia Post, it becomes their responsibility. In the event of a lost parcel, we will do our best to resolve the issue through Australia Post.
