RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Refunds 

At CjS Equine, we stand by the quality of our products and coply with Australian Consumer Law.

If your item is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. 

We will work with you yo repair or replace the item within a reasonable timeframe. 

Proof of purchase is required for all returns. 

If an item is confirmed faulty, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.  

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason for return.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Sale items 
Sale items are not eligible for refund unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping (if applicable) 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchanges of size. Shipping costs are non-refundable, with the exception of returns on faulty goods. 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
